Leanline
Our Lean line equipments are designed based on Lean Manufacturing principles. They are designed for production with a focus on optimizing space, product and personnel flow, reduction of scrap and reduction of tact time.

Here are the key principles used on designing Lean line equipments:

• Continuous product flow through different assembly stages.
• Process simplification
• Workspace organization (all components accessible to operator)
• Component containers with loading from exterior of assembly line
• Base units with quick change tooling for multiple product versions.
• Easy reconfiguration of equipments for continuous quality improvements
• Easy access to maintenance and manual modes of operation in case maintenance   work is required during production
• All components accessible for maintenance via removable protective walls
• Focus on ergonomics. Operator must be comfortable during production, components   must be light for assembly work and illumination must be appropriate.
